California female rock duo Deap Vally has landed some choice opening dates – Muse, Dinosaur Jr., Thurston Moore – since signing to Island Records in 2012. Except one of their biggest songs, “Baby I Call Hell”, has a guitar riff that sounds awfully familiar.
Compare that to The Flaming Lips‘ song “Worm Mountain”, off their 2009 album, Embryonic.
